Abstract

During the last years, there has been an increased trend among developing countries to privatize their economies. This way, the growth of the business sector is highlighted at a global level and with it, a new generation of entrepreneurs: micro, small and medium-sized business owners (MiPyMes). The peak of the population is at the middle basic education, which indicates that on the short term we must be prepared to avoid a population crisis of professionals. The entrepreneurs with a business plan preparation based on professional competencies are an option for the economic and social development of Mexico.
